How to Get There

The Inishowen Summer Gathering will be held in Doagh Isle in North West Inishowen.

Doagh Isle - Oileán Dumhaigh meaning 'Island of Sandy Soil', is a wild & beautiful peninsula between Carndonagh and Ballyliffin, at the mouth of Trawbreaga Bay. Follow signs to the Famine Village.

From Derry:
Follow signs for Moville (R238), turn left at Quigley's Point and go to Carndonagh. Take the Ballyliffen Road for 8km, then turn right onto Doagh Isle. Follow sign for Doagh Famine Village/Visitors Centre.

From Letterkenny:
Head for Buncrana, then Clonmany and Ballyliffen. After another 2km turn left onto Doagh Isle. Follow sign for Doagh Famine Village/Visitors Centre.
